Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes work for AI Toruk subscriptions and purchases processed through Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan or token add-on, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
1. Subscription plans
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of the AI Toruk console. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Refunds for subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions: Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you cancel, you retain access until the period ends and will not be charged again.
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong plan, or technical error), contact us within 14 days at hello@aitoruk.com and we will review the case.
- Service unavailability: If a prolonged outage prevents meaningful use of the Service, we may offer a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.
2. Token add-ons
Token add-ons are one-time purchases that increase your AI token balance. Because tokens are delivered immediately and can be consumed upon purchase:
- Token add-on purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been credited to your workspace.
- If a purchase failed to deliver tokens due to a technical error, contact support with your Stripe receipt and we will resolve or refund the charge.
3. Free trials
If your workspace includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial converts to a paid subscription. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Trial terms are shown during registration and in the console.
4. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact hello@aitoruk.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or Stripe. We aim to resolve issues promptly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout via Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Taxes
Prices may exclude applicable taxes. Tax amounts collected at checkout are handled according to Stripe and local tax requirements and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy. The date at the top indicates the latest version. Material changes apply to future purchases.
