What AI powers the chatbot?
AI Toruk uses Google Gemini for chat and knowledge indexing. Professional plans also support bring-your-own-key (BYOK) so you can use your own Gemini API account.
How do I train the chatbot on my content?
Open your chatbot in the console and add knowledge sources: upload documents, create FAQs, paste manual text, or crawl your public website. Content is indexed with Gemini File Search so replies stay grounded in your business information.
Can my team collaborate in one workspace?
Yes. Workspace owners can invite teammates by email and assign roles with granular permissions — for example, support staff who can view conversations but not change billing or chatbot settings.
What happens when my free trial ends?
When your trial expires, most console features pause until you subscribe to a paid plan. You can still access billing, your profile, and account settings to upgrade. Your chatbots and data remain in your workspace.
Can the widget capture leads?
Yes, on eligible plans. Enable lead capture in chatbot settings to collect visitor name, email, or phone from the widget. Submissions appear in the Leads module with links to the related conversation.
How is my data handled?
Each workspace is isolated in the console. Conversations, knowledge, and settings are scoped to your account. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal — we do not store full card numbers. See our Privacy Policy for GDPR rights and cookie controls.
Which payment methods are supported?
Subscriptions and token add-ons can be purchased through Stripe (card) or PayPal where enabled. Plans on this page load live from the console, so pricing stays up to date automatically.
Can I remove AI Toruk branding from the widget?
Paid plans with white-label features let you hide the powered-by badge and customize widget colors, position, and launcher text. Agency plans also support custom domains for client-facing experiences.
Is there an API for integrations?
Yes, on plans that include API access. Generate a workspace bearer token in Settings and use the read-only v1 API to pull chatbots, conversations, leads, and analytics into your CRM or reporting tools.
