Analytics provides deeper reporting on conversation volume, chatbot performance, and usage patterns over selectable date ranges.
Availability
The Analytics module requires the analytics plan feature. Free and entry plans may show an upgrade prompt instead of full reports. Check Billing for plan comparison.
What you can track
- Conversation trends over time
- Breakdown by chatbot
- Message and session counts
- Correlations with token consumption
API summary
Plans with API access can fetch an analytics summary via GET /api/v1/analytics/summary using a workspace bearer token. See API access.
Permissions
Users need conversations.view to open Analytics, consistent with conversation read access.
